Christmans tree in 2010

Album link: 2010 X'Mas

Christmas season has always been my favorite holiday. Indeed, I'm not a Christian, and don't know much about the origin of the Christmas, but I just love it's atmosphere soooo much. When I was a child, I loved to watch those Christmas movies, talking about love, joy, gratitude, belief, and the warm feeling; it's just like Christmas season is the best thing in the world.

And that's why I decided to share the joy and my love for Christmas to my friends few years ago. For years, I'd made various of Christmas gifts for my team members, classmates from the Course of Light.

And this year...due to the big change of my life...I decided to pick few people from different parts of my life who I want to thank the most to be the lucky ones.

The picture on the top is the full presentation of my gift this year, but it's also the composition of 8 gift cards. Each card has a X'mas ornament magnet attached, and it's also a part of the Christmas tree. The receivers of the cards made different influences on me, which make the whole me today, and that's the concept I want to present -- One is All, All is One.

The cards had been mailed two days ago, and I wish all of them can arrive to the receiver successfully.

Oh...almost forgot...it's my first Christmas in the new company, and to add more joy and warmth to my work place, I also made one tiny Christmas tree putting on my desk...so it can remind me that it's Christmas season, and everything will have a happy ending~~

Merry Christmas to all~~

Sweet Wedding Gifts

Album link: Wedding Gifts

Wedding is one of the most joyful and sweetest thing in the world. Two people loving each other decide to live the rest of their life together; it takes true love and huge courage to make this commitment.

My first wedding gift is made for Cary from the note paper printed with the cartoon image of Cary and his wift. Since then, I started to make wedding gifts when attending my friends' wedding...if I have time.

This time, it took me a while to come up with the idea of this wedding gift, since I want to make it special. Both the groom and the bride were my good friends when we worked at the same company. The bride was my first good friend in BenQ, and the groom was an even better friend which walked me through some ups and downs.

They "truly met" after the bride left the company, and soon enough they fell in love with each other...well...it's a pity that I was informed the relationship via other colleagues rather than the lovers themself....sigh....

Anyway, I believe that their meeting each other, falling into love, and marriage are god-blessed, and somehow I played an important role at the begining; so here is my blessings for them, and wish their love can last forever~
